Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have meditation experience to join?
Not at all. Our sessions are guided and designed for beginners and experienced meditators alike. You’ll be walked through each step, so you can relax and follow along.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Most people choose casual, breathable clothing, but there’s no need for special gear or workout clothes.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope - we provide mats, cushions, and chairs. Just bring yourself (and maybe a bottle of water if you like).
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your session starts to check in, get comfortable, and settle into the space.
What if I’ve never meditated before?
Perfect - this is for you. Our guided sessions are beginner-friendly and move at a calm, accessible pace.
Can I drop in without booking?
If space allows, yes — but to guarantee your spot, it’s best to book online in advance.
What if I need to leave early?
We encourage you to stay for the full 45 minutes to get the most from your session. If you must leave early, please do so quietly to avoid disturbing others.
Are phones allowed in the studio?
We ask that you silence or turn off your phone and store it away during the session to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
Is this a religious or spiritual practice?
No. While meditation has roots in various traditions, our approach is modern, secular, and designed for everyday life.
Can I bring my child?
Our sessions are intended for adults and mature teens who can remain quiet for the full session. We currently do not offer kids’ classes.
